Below are a few photos of life in Gonaive now. Photo #1 shows Pastor Robert Compere (standing to left of man in stripe shirt). He and the others in the photo are trying to get aid that is being distributed by a humanitarian group. Pastor Robert is the director of Love and Light Mission. Photo's #2 and 3 depict daily life as people travel in and around Gonaive. Recent news reports tell of water related sickness running rampant as people walk, bathe in and even cook with the murky brown waters which still contain dead animals, people, etc. That is the big challenge right now. CLEAN WATER!! Next is MEDICAL SUPPLIES and of course FOOD!!
