God is moving in Haiti

"God wants to repair Haiti" said a dear brother in a recent email to Ollie Dixon. God is indeed mindful of the country and people of Haiti. Keep praying and believing to see the goodness of God in that country. We've received information that they now have electricity 12 hours a day! While this is only for those facilities equipped for electricity, this is still a good sign of progress. Pastor Robert Compere has been hospitalized twice recently to receive treatment for worms, allergic reactions and other symptoms yet we thank God that he is able to get the necessary medical attention in Port Au Prince. Assistant Pastors Jacky Dumond and Robert Charles are handling the ministry while he is in Port Au Prince. Keep him in your prayers.

Our dear missionary brother, George Hurd, recently made an emergency trip from Columbia to the US with his family so that he could be treated for an urgent medical condition. Let us keep him and the other missionaries in Columbia in prayer.

These missionaries that spend extended time in foreign countries where there is little or no appropriate medical attention are exposed to health threatening climates in addition to other dangers BUT GOD who neither sleeps nor slumbers is watching over them. Let's make it our business to be in a position to not only maintain a prayer covering for them but to be in a financial position to help them get the medical attention they need when necessary.

Remember our missionary friends in Cuba as well.

Introduction to Missions I classes for the winter semester at Revival Center Training Institute have began. Many are responding to the call to the harvest field.
